Atrium (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates atriumbrand.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if provided, your name.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or CVV. We retain the Stripe payment intent ID and order amount for our records.
Intake responses. The answers you provide in the brand intake questionnaire are stored in our database and used solely to generate your brand strategy document.
Usage data. We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited to operate and improve the service.
Error data. We use Sentry to capture application errors. Error reports may include browser type, OS, and a stack trace of the error. No personally identifiable information is intentionally sent to Sentry.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your intake responses for any purpose other than generating your document.
We share data with the following processors to operate the service:
We retain your account information and generated documents for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required for tax compliance.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@atriumbrand.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use a single session cookie required for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
