Privacy Policy

Last updated August 13, 2026

Atrium (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates atriumbrand.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if provided, your name.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or CVV. We retain the Stripe payment intent ID and order amount for our records.

Intake responses. The answers you provide in the brand intake questionnaire are stored in our database and used solely to generate your brand strategy document.

Usage data. We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited to operate and improve the service.

Error data. We use Sentry to capture application errors. Error reports may include browser type, OS, and a stack trace of the error. No personally identifiable information is intentionally sent to Sentry.

How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account
  • To generate your brand strategy document
  • To process your payment and send a receipt
  • To deliver your completed document by email
  • To diagnose errors and improve the service
  • To review generated documents for quality assurance

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your intake responses for any purpose other than generating your document and verifying it generated correctly.

Authorized Atrium staff may access your account information and generated documents to provide support, verify quality, and troubleshoot issues. We do not intentionally share your documents or personal information with anyone outside Atrium beyond the processors listed below.

Third-party processors

We share data with the following processors to operate the service:

  • Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in US region)
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Anthropic — AI generation (your intake responses are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate your document; Anthropic does not train on API inputs by default)
  • Sentry — error monitoring
  • Google — advertising and conversion measurement (Google Ads). Google may set cookies and process device and usage data to measure the performance of our ads and, where enabled, to show relevant ads on other sites. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Data retention

We retain your account information and generated documents for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required for tax compliance.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@atriumbrand.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a session cookie required for authentication. We also use Google Ads, which sets cookies and collects device and usage information to measure the performance of our advertising and, where enabled, to show you relevant ads on other websites.

You can control ad personalization through Google’s Ads Settings, and opt out of many advertising cookies at optout.aboutads.info. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
