Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of atriumbrand.com and the Atrium brand strategy service operated by Atrium (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Atrium generates brand strategy documents based on the answers you provide in our intake questionnaire. The output is an AI-generated PDF document. The quality of the output depends in part on the quality and specificity of your intake answers.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this service. By using Atrium, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Payment
Payment is required before your document is generated. All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the amount shown at checkout.
Refund policy
Because each document is custom-generated and delivered digitally, we do not offer refunds once generation has begun. If your document fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will either re-generate it at no cost or issue a full refund at our discretion. To request a refund for a generation failure, contact us at hello@atriumbrand.com within 14 days of purchase.
Intellectual property
Your content. You retain ownership of the information you provide in the intake questionnaire.
Your document. Upon payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the generated brand strategy document for your own business purposes, including sharing it with contractors, partners, or employees.
Our platform. Atrium’s software, design, and prompt architecture are our property. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the platform or its output as a competing service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to circumvent payment
- Resell or redistribute generated documents as brand strategy services
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the generated document will be suitable for any particular purpose, free from errors, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Brand strategy is inherently subjective — the document is a starting point, not a guarantee of business outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atrium’s total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
